A tired but peaceful Baku settles down in a Lunarian Bar, newly rebuilt. The dim lights layer a warm shimmer upon the wooden bar, they make the bottles of various liquor glow as if they were fireflies. The bartender bunny, Dipsy, fashions up the Baku a cocktail made from distilled water of the Lunar Seas, a dash of peach juice and a healthy dose of dreams. The Baku sits back and slowly downs the drink. Her face relaxed as she appears to slip into a daze, her posture that of pure comfort. The bartender simply watches and waits for the Baku to finish, knowing soon she herself can return to her home in the Capital. But she’s patient. She personally knows this Baku—she owes her a favor—and she realizes that she needs this drink. She needs these moments of peace after a turbulent few months. So she stands behind the bar, cleaning wine glasses with a friendly smile on her face, and she silently keeps the dreamy Doremy company as she sips her drink. It is, after all, a drink to celebrate a most special occasion.
Friends, it’s been 3 long years. On June 15th, 2015, Doremy embarked on a journey that tested not just the strength of my creativity, but also that of her hands. Thousands of items and beings held in her grasp. Hours of entertainment provided by one generous Baku and nearly endless amounts of free time after her nightly work with dreams.
After all, what are requests but just the dreams of those that ask them? Her duty is clear: To forge a scene from the minds of those who request. It will always be that way. Not only for her, but also for me.I wish to personally thank all those that stuck around with me on this blog. Through the good times and the recently bad. Requests are ready to be worked on again. A slow but steady process as we continue our journey to hold everything this universe has to offer.
Thank you,DoremySweetHoldingThings
